In a cinematic showdown that promises to be as explosive as a Bollywood action film can get, T-Series has finally dropped the long-awaited trailer for Animal. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol in what seems to be a hyper-violent rollercoaster of revenge, family drama, and, well, a shirtless fight on an airstrip. The trailer opens with a bang, quite literally, as Ranbir Kapoor’s character engages in an intense exchange with his on-screen father, played by Anil Kapoor.

Emma Thompson was visibly emotional when BAFTA paid a heartbreaking tribute to the film stars who have passed away in the last 12 months, including her late Harry Potter co-star Robbie Coltrane, who died in October 2022. The In Memoriam segment was shown on a big screen behind the stage as it honoured a number of names who have sadly died including Olivia Newton-John, William Hurt and Anne Heche. After the sad news that actor Bill Paxton has died, devastated celebrities have mourned the loss of the Hollywood star, who passed away at the age of 61 after complications from surgery. Tom Hanks took to Twitter, writing: “Bill Paxton was simply, a wonderful man, A wonderful man”, while Charlize Theron, who starred alongside Bill in Mighty Joe Young in 1998, wrote: “You were a great friend to me, Bill.
